Overview
This Chrome extension provides WebRTC softphone functionality for BConnect Contact Center. It runs locally in your browser and connects directly to your organization's BConnect SIP and API servers.
Data we collect and store
Stored về your device only
The extension stores the following locally in your browser:
- SIP credentials you enter in Settings
- BConnect API credentials (optional advanced settings)
- Call history (up to 20 recent calls per account)
- Language and appearance preferences
- Optional CRM integration URLs if configured
We do not operate a central server that receives your credentials.
Transmitted to your BConnect infrastructure
When you use the phone, the extension communicates only with servers you or your administrator configure (SIP/WebRTC, BConnect API, optional CRM).

Security
Credentials are base64-encoded in local storage — not encrypted at rest. Protect your device and Chrome profile.
